Getting to know you

  • Deep Dive – either on Zoom or over coffee, we get to know each other and unearth your training needs, be it to improve, ‘fix’, learn from, grow or perform in a different way.

  • Preview – following our discovery deep dive, we design an ‘overview’ of your event, session or programme for review. Based on your feedback, we then finalise the programme and deliverables.

  • Your event, session or programme is then delivered. This looks different for everyone; we can be as involved in the prep and delivery as you want us to be. Above all, we will be as invested as you in the success of any training support.

  • Training is about expanding the capacity of an individual to perform in the role as a Leader. Leadership is more than simply managing people. We will help you bring people on your journey; winning hearts, minds and growing others along the way.

  • There is an art to managing others and it goes beyond just telling people what to do. Great people managers are remembered by their team forever. We can help you strike the right balance between communicating, delegating, demonstrating, coaching and setting the goals or targets correctly for success.

  • You may have had feedback from others which you want to act upon, talk through, discuss and come up with a plan to improve – this is a great first step in being aware. Once you know the area you want to work on, we can come up with a plan together. It could be something like Presentation Skills (we know everyone hates doing a stand up presentation!) or decision making and together we work on your processes and confidence.

  • You might need to set your team new targets at work or bring in a review process to allow you the time to follow up on performance. We can come up with the right approach to help this happen and support you with implementation.

  • A strong, supportive and collaborative team is a magical one. If you are taking on a new team or you think your team needs to spend some time working out how to communicate effectively, collaborate more and see each other in a different light, we can chat about how to develop that team ‘ethos’ together.

  • Profiling means gathering information about yourself, your characteristics and ways of working. This is a great opportunity for those who want to delve into more detail about some feedback they have received or want to develop and learn more about themselves to improve performance.

  • We want to work with you to help you assess and identify your talent strengths and potential gaps. This will be through building strategies that will help not only to improve performance and capability now, but for the future as your business evolves or grows.

  • You will want to retain your best talent and your people will be keen to know how they can grow and develop their career with you. We can support you with identifying risks, building succession plans and developing bespoke career paths so your team have the confidence that their careers are in safe and exciting hands.
